Who do you need to Forgive? Is it a family member, friend, neighbor, or co-worker? Is it possibly the hardest person of all to forgive – yourself? Does it still bring you emotional pain when you think about it?
I invite you to take just a moment and think about the person that did you wrong. Or think about what you did that makes it so hard to forgive yourself. Really, please stop reading for a moment and think…
Notice what you are feeling in the moment you are thinking about it… If you are feeling any negative emotion such as but not limited to anger, sadness, resentment, frustration, heartache, or guilt; it only means you have some forgiveness work to do.
The negative emotions connected to unforgiveness are heavy and sticky emotions. Those emotions are heavy, they weigh you down and burden your soul. They are sticky, because you cannot just throw them away, you cannot wipe them off; the only way to get rid of them is to Forgive.
I am passionate about Forgiveness and the freedom that comes from truly forgiving and letting go. I have seen miracles in my own life and the lives of hundreds of clients as I walked them though the “5 Steps to Lighten Your Soul Through Forgiveness.”
I believe forgiveness is so important that I wrote a book on the subject. The title of my book is: “Shine the Light Within – 5 Steps to Lighten Your Soul Through Forgiveness”
“Shine the Light Within –– 5 Steps to Lighten Your Soul Through Forgiveness,” is first and foremost a book about how to forgive. You will learn to forgive all offenses, great and small; by following the simple yet profound, 5 Step Process to Forgive. You will learn how to forgive the most difficult person of all – yourself.
“Shine the Light Within,” is about the victory of light over darkness, as you add the light of forgiveness and love to your soul, the darkness will flee before the light. This book shows the way – step by step to clear the darkness of negative feelings and emotions from within yourself. You can experience a sense of freedom and lightness, which you did not know was possible as you Shine the Light Within.
This book will change your life if you follow the 5 Steps to Forgiveness. I would like to share with you what other people have to say after reading this book.
Here is what others have had to say about this book:
“Bill Barney captures a step-by-step process to literally performing miracles. His powerful, yet relatable—and often charming message, is perfect for anyone looking for peace in their life. ‘Shine the Light Within,’ goes far beyond a ‘how to’ book, and steps into the realms of inspired guidance, for spiritual purification.”
~Jeffery Olsen, Bestselling Author of “Knowing”
My new favorite book! Reading this book, I found myself, at times, both laughing out loud, as well as crying. Each chapter built on the previous, helping me understand the growth to be gained through forgiveness. I have often wondered about the examples throughout the scriptures, and history, where a person was able to “frankly forgive.” This book teaches how to be the person that can forgive. I was awed at the soul-lifting results of following Bills teachings.
~Steve Reich, Contributing Author of “Guerrilla Success”
In his book, “Shine the Light Within,” Bill Barney takes the reader on a journey of forgiveness. Using personal stories, combined with humor and love, Bill provides valuable insight that will help anyone progress in their own forgiveness journey. Wherever you are in your journey, Bill explains simple tools and techniques that will help you to become a better version of yourself. Not only does Bill provide the tools necessary for forgiveness, but he lights the way for every reader to reach the ultimate goal of unconditional love—not only for others, but for one’s self. Through learning these techniques, readers can truly lighten their soul, and forever live in a place of forgiveness and light. If you struggle with negative feelings in any aspect of your life, read this book—it will make all the difference.
~Tiffany Fletcher, Author of “Mother Had a Secret” and “It’s a Light Thing!”
